CONSULTATION
First step of the journey consists of obtaining client brief as well as site photos/layouts and other drawings to fully understand project scope.
FEE PROPOSAL & PROJECT KICK OFF
After initial consultation, we will prepare a tailored fee proposal outlining our terms and conditions, fee schedule as well as overall description of project scope and deliverables. Once the contract is signed and initial payment is settled, we're ready to kick off the project!
DESIGN PROCESS - INITIAL CONCEPT DESIGN
The initial concept design stage focuses on translating the client brief into creative design ideas. This includes mood boards, precedent imagery, and preliminary layout options to establish the overall design direction.
DESIGN PROCESS - FINAL CONCEPT DESIGN
Building on the approved initial concept, the final concept design refines all layout details, material selections, and planting strategies into a comprehensive and polished design presentation.
DESIGN PROCESS - TECHNICAL DRAWINGS
The technical drawings stage produces detailed construction documentation including grading plans, irrigation layouts, planting plans, and material specifications - everything needed to bring the design to life on site.
GUARDIANSHIP
Once the landscape contractor is selected by the client and the project is being constructed, we will offer an optional service to visit the site periodically and provide design feedback as the construction progresses.
